The 500/2 Club Bass combines the sound and playability of the Vintage '63 with a cutaway body design. Authentic replica of the '65 model.
Antique brown sunburst with nickel hardware, also available in lefthanded (-L) version. Incl. Höfner bullet case.
Also available in 2008: Limited Edition of 48 instruments featuring 'close space' pickups and shellack varnish.

The Hofner Club Bass and Violin Bass are undeniably huge icons with huge numbers of legendary artists having played them throughout rock history. The Club Bass is a true 60's Replica with a Spruce Top and Figured maple back and sides and, being historically accurate, they are entirely hollow giving them the authentic sound.
